Description

The Masterfinish 229 Carbon Steel Concreting Float is a professional hand-finishing tool designed for concreters preparing and refining freshly placed concrete. Its robust carbon steel blade is suited to rubbing up concrete floors before steel trowelling, helping prepare the surface for the next stage of finishing while providing good control in smaller and detailed areas.

The 100 x 290mm blade is also suitable for working coloured dry-shake materials into concrete and for producing textured cove or stipple finishes. The blade is turned up around the edges to help reduce the chance of gouging the slab during use, while the compact working size makes the float easy to control during hand finishing.
